Term of Service

My working process includes:1 - Reading and understanding the brief, plus discussing basic information such as whether you want the commission to remain private.2 - Delivering a draft of:
- 150-200 words for NSFW commissions.
- 200-250 words for SFW commissions.
- The first 2 lines for poetry commissions.
- A rough concept for illustration commissions.3 - Completing the 20% upfront payment.4 - Completing 80% of the commission.5 - Completing the remaining 80% payment.6 - Sending the final version and concluding the transaction.
If the final version exceeds the original agreed word count by <50-100 words, that extra portion is free of charge.

For illustration commissions, I work with Ibis Paint X. I can provide the layers upon request. Due to file size limits, I cannot provide timelapse videos in any form.For gacha commissions, you may request to review a 200-word draft to check the writing voice. This service is completely free; however, if you cancel the commission at this stage, the draft automatically remains my property.For NSFW commissions, the price increases by 10%-50%, depending on the tags requested.For gacha commissions, the price increases by 5%-25%, depending on the tags requested.

Notes• Edits involving less than 15% content change are free.• Additional fees apply for overly complex lore, commissions requiring specialized knowledge, or poem-based wordplay (20%-40% of the base commission value).• I am currently not accepting commercial commissions.• You and I may cancel the commission if we are still at steps (1), (2), or (3).• Once the 20% upfront payment is made, it is non-refundable.• We will agree on a deadline before proceeding to step (4).• I work via Google Docs. I will grant you access so you can track progress and request adjustments at the 20%, 30%, 40%, 50%, 60%, 70%, 80%, and 100% milestones.• Once the commission reaches 100%, I will send the .docx file to you via Gmail.

If delays occur, I will notify you.• If the cause is objective (natural disasters, accidents, similar uncontrollable events), we will agree on a solution: extending the deadline or canceling the commission.• If the cause is subjective on my side (writer's block, family emergencies, unexpected work/study obligations), we will decide together: for each day past the deadline, I will deduct 10% of the base commission price, or we may cancel the commission entirely, in which case I will fully refund everything you have paid plus an additional 20% of the base commission price.• If the cause is subjective on your side (late payment, or approving draft sections but later requesting changes exceeding 40% of the approved content), we will settle it as follows: you will pay at least an additional 40% of the base commission price before I continue, or you may cancel the commission — but in that case, I will not provide the final .docx file.• I reserve the right to use up to 20% of the commission content as portfolio samples unless you request otherwise.• As long as you credit me as the author, you may use the commissioned work for non-commercial purposes (personal fanbooks, social media uploads excluding advertising).
